Made to Order
Every item from Sincerely Whatever is made to order through Printful after you place your order. We do not keep pre-printed inventory, which helps reduce waste but means your item needs production time before it ships.

Processing & Fulfillment
Most orders take approximately 2–5 business days to be printed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment. During busy periods, fulfillment may take longer.

Shipping & Delivery
After fulfillment, U.S. standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–4 business days. Delivery timing depends on the shipping method, carrier, destination, and circumstances outside our control.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates—not guarantees. Delays can occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, failed delivery attempts, address issues, or product availability.

Tracking & Address Accuracy
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately; once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Please review product details and size guides before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived after its expected delivery window, please contact us within 30 days after the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
